Mr Green is a solicitor and solicitor-advocate [Higher Courts Civil Proceedings].
He graduated from the University of Keele with Second Class Honours in Law and Psychology on the 4 July 1989.
He commenced practice in September 1989.
15 September 1994 Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court by Charles Elly.
17 February 2000- became a member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
20 August 2003 with supporting evidence from several judges, granted Higher Courts [Civil Proceedings] Qualifications. [Authorised to exercise rights of audience in the High Court in all proceedings and in other courts in all civil proceedings.
24 June to 21 October 2004- first speaker for BPP Professional Education to offer complete series of lectures under the National Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
23 March 2005- awarded accreditation of the National Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme to supervisory and senior cw level. Read More
